June 18th, 2001. Here are the latest news updates...

Kevin to headline Ajfest this summer... As mentioned before, Kevin is making several guest appearances when he visits Peoria, IL this summer. The latest of these is the Ajfest, which will be a music festival sponsored by the A.J. Show. He will do several songs from his upcoming albums. There will be several other local bands playing as well. The confirmed date for the Ajfest is August 18th, at the Shaque in Peoria, IL. If you are a member of the fanclub, then you would have gotten a few updates about this, and you will also get some special priviledges. This concert will be recorded and will appear on the A.J. Show at some later time. Don't miss it!

Kevin's poetry to be published in an anthology... Recently, Kevin submitted some of his poetry to poetry.com for a monthly poetry contest. He is now a semi-finalist in the contest and could possibly win the $1,000 grand prize. Because he is a member of the International Library of Poetry, his poem "Monoxide" has also been chosen for publication in an upcoming poetry anthology called "The Silence Within". It will be out Fall 2001. If you want to buy a copy of this anthology, go to poetry.com, or if you'd like to read Kevin's poems for free, go to the lyrics page.

KEB reunion coming soon? There are still rumors about a KEB reunion this summer. If this is true, then they may appear at the Ajfest for a concert. For more information on KEB, visit their mp3.com page and download some songs from the debut album The Search for Thomas Atkins. Or you can order the album on-line by clicking here. The Price is $5.00 (£3.00) plus S&H. That's a pretty good price considering it's over 70 minutes of wacky fun!

Recording for Aphrodite has begun! Kevin has layed down several tracks for his EP Aphrodite. Now that he has some spare time, he'll attempt to get all guitar/vocal tracks done, doing drum tracks later this summer. Hopefully it will be finished in time for Ajfest this summer.

Kevin caught dealing crack... Allegations about Kevin being a drug dealer have been highly exaggerated. In fact, it ain't true! Somehow it made the headlines...go see for yourself by reading this news article :)
