Can You Survive?

Twelve people are following the events and "betting" who will be the next person ousted from the Outback. Each week the contestents get 100 points to assign to the various Survivors who they feel are most likely to get voted off the show.

A few people are getting braver as the contest draws to a close and have wagered all 100 points on a single person. For some, it panned out with Rodger getting voted out. For others, they garnered no points and dropped in the standings. Here are the scores after week twelve:

Apr 19 - Rain, rain, go away.... The survivors continued to struggle with getting a decent night's sleep since their new shelter is not really up to par. At this point in the game, there is not nearly as much to do, so they are suffering the most from boredom.

That changed quickly when they learned that the reward challenge involved an online chat with family from home. Each survivor's family would have to answer a series of Outback Survivor questions. The winner got 30 minutes of chat time and $500 to spend online for gifts back home. Tina's family answered 4 out of the 5 questions correctly. However, all the survivors felt they won something since they each got a piece of home.

The immunity challege this week involved answering questions correctly from an Australian History lesson to unlock five locks. Keith appeared to win, but he dropped one of his locks and had to go looking for it. Colby then came through with his third straight immunity challenge victory. Keith had really wanted immunity, figuring his status was hurt earlier over a spat about rice portions. However, Rodger volunteered to leave so that Elisabeth could remain in the Outback (we all thank you, Rodger).
