"QUIT DOING THAT!" She yelled at him angrily, glaring. "It’s bad enough being in the same castle with a vampire, let alone having one keep stalking me and randomly appearing." She growled.

Takaji merely smiled nonchalantly at her. "Sorry," he apologized, his eyes running over her lace-clad body. "I see you still haven’t changed. What, having trouble working the closet my little pup?" He asked, a hint of sarcasm and mockery in his voice.

Hira glared at him and covered her body with her hands without realizing she had done it. "Quit staring you bastard" She warned, her voice still in a low growl. "Why are you even out here, isn’t it past your bedtime?"

He chuckled. "My dear Hira, you’ve lost track of time talking to that silly mirror girl" Takaji said, pointing to a clock on the wall. Hira looked at it. 6 am. How in the world had time gone by so quickly? "Well," Takaji said, taking a step closer to her and taking her hand in his, "I suppose if you do not wish to change into something of your desire, may I choose something for you to wear?" He asked in a gentleman-like tone.

She scoffed. "Let me guess, you want me to walk around naked. Is that it?" She asked him, her green eyes glaring up into his light gray ones, which were shining with humor.

"Dear dear, you mistake me for some common dirty mortal," He said, turning and pulling her down the corridor to her room. "I would never ask that of you. I merely wish to have a beauty such as yours be fitted with clothing just as beautiful. I don’t know why you are so angry with me. I’ve done nothing to harm you." He added, letting go of her hand and standing in front of her closet.

She sat on her bed and glared at his back. "Yeah, nothing to harm me. Like putting me in this..this scrap of cloth you call clothing isn’t harming me. You know.." She stopped mid-sentence, as Takaji turned and looked at her. She looked down. She was no longer wearing the lingerie, but a beautiful dress, blue in color, that went down to her ankles.

"Does this suit you?" He asked softly. She gaped at the dress in awe. "Miss Hira, would you please accompany me to dinner?" He questioned her with a small smile on his lips, taking her silence as a yes to his previous question. He swooped off down the hall with Hira trailing behind him. They ended up in a humongous dining hall with a long oak table set for two. "I don’t usually keep guests long enough to dine with them. Please take a seat one of the maids will fetch breakfast." Takaji seated himself in the seat at the head of the table.

Hira was surprised to hear her stomach growling she was sure that she hadn’t talked that long with Kagami . She carefully seated herself at the only other chair, which was right next to Takaji. The dress didn’t even wrinkle as she threw herself on to the chair.

"I suppose your hungry." commented Takaji as he began to pour a glass of a dark red liquid for himself and one for her. "Dinner will be out soon, the maids had to change the meal to something edible for you. But please drink, it’s a new liquor I just had purchased." ."

Hira took a tiny sip of the wine, it was slightly salty but had a fruitiness about it. "yum this is good you know I usually don’t have liquor but this is kinda.. “her voice trailed off as the liquid began to burn in her throat. ‘it’s poisoned!’ she thought. She started to choke and to cough really hard. Takaji sat calmly on his chair watching the whole event, Hira continued to cough and soon she noticed that something was coming out of her mouth she brought her napkin up. After even more hacking she looked into her handkerchief to see a fang completely whole. She continued to cough as Takaji passed her a glass of water.
She swallowed the water in huge gulps, took a soothing breath then spoke. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO TO ME! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!" Takaji looked up from staring at the fang that sat on the napkin.

"That would be the fang of the were wolf that bit you. I figured it would still be in your system seeing that you couldn’t control your changing with the moon. The drink was a simple infusion of wolves bane your lucky I know how to mix herbs or you could have drank to much and died." Takaji looked up to were a kitchen door had opened as a maid came out carrying 2 plates heaping with meat and one also had potatoes. The plate with meat and potatoes was carefully placed in front of her as the meat only one was placed before the lord of the house. They continued the meal in silence and surprisingly Takaji was the first one to speak. "I see you met Kagami Musme quite a character isn’t she. More like an artifact she’s been stuck it that mirror for years and still she acts like a child. I don’t bother with her though all she does is insult me." "Oh poor Vampire can’t get along with the girl in the mirror" said a voice from the ceiling. Hira looked up and was surprised to see a mirror way up top and in the mirror stood Kagami. "What did little Takaji forget about the little idea that I can move to mirror to mirror. Poor baby." Hira was surprised to see that Kagami had gone from her sweet little girl mood to quite dangerous. Her face was flushed and her arms crossed. "Why don’t you tell our guest the reason your stuck in the mirror!" yelled Takaji up at her. Kagami flushed pink and stalked out of the picture.

"What’s her problem?" Asked Hira, confused. "She seemed so nice before.."

Takaji chuckled. "She’s just mad because she can’t do anything about being stuck in that mirror" He explained, smiling slightly wickedly, "She was cursed many a year ago by my great grandfather." Takaji took a sip of the liqueur and leaned back against the chair.

"Why?" Asked Hira, slightly annoyed that he wouldn’t tell her.

"Well, you see she’s actually my great aunt, if you want to call her that," Takaji said quietly, "She was the daughter of my great grandfather and a mortal, so she wasn’t quite as strong as a vampire. So my great grandfather sealed her in the mirror to keep her safe from the world, because as long as she’s in there she can’t die.."

Hira’s eyes widened slightly. "That’s..that’s terrible! Your family is even worse than I thought!" Hira yelled at him without thinking. She covered her mouth with her hand as Takaji’s eyes flashed with hurt pride and got a tinge of red in them.

"Excuse me?" He said in a quiet and dangerous whisper. "I invite you into my home and give you food and drink, try to help you, and you insult my family." He stood slowly and began to walk over to her, his eyes changing slowly to red with every step.

"Oh calm down little vampie." Came Kagami’s voice from the ceiling. Takaji’s head snapped up to look at her.

"Silence mirror!" He shouted at her, "This has nothing to do with you!"

Kagami rolled her eyes. "You know, you need anger management, no wonder you never have friends, you always kill them!" She said in defiance, glaring at him unblinkingly.

"SILENCE!" He bellowed at her. He lowed his gaze to glare at Hira. "And you..you..arg!" He growled in frustration, unable to come up with anything to yell. He turned, his black trench coat billowing behind him.

"I will be in my chambers if either of you foolish women decide to ever appreciate my kindness." He mumbled, his voice still a low growl. He slammed the door to the room behind him loudly as he stormed out.
