You peeked in the decorated box and gasped. Inside was a miniture meadow, complete with small grass, tiny Japanese blossom trees, and a small lake the size of 4 hands put together. The meadow itself was around 3 feet wide and 1 foot thick, since there was a limit to the box rim. The whole meadow looked like a display, and was...cute.
"Hello!"
You blinked. You could have sworn you heard something. A snort is heard from the meadow, and you blinked again. This time the same voice came again, only sounding slightly annoyed.
"I said hello!!"
You looked down and eyes widen. A small equine stood, looking up at you. Rather stupidly, you waved at it, eyes still rather in the 'amazed' look. The mare laughed.
"Hi! I'm O'riana, 'ria for short!"
She grinned, then blinked at your confused look. She giggled, and explained.
"I'm a crenel. We originated from Sha-haven. Though it use to be only there, we have increased in numbers and now live in numerous of realms, and still spreading."
A blue stallion had somehow appeared next to 'ria, and she grinned, nuzzling his cheek.
"My son; Z'naki."
The stallion looks slightly sheepish and he starts fidgeting a little.
"Hi-."
Before he could finish, he flicks an ear back and looks behind him, then runs off towards a thicket of trees. 'ria blinked and galloped off after him, also dissappearing into the thicket. As you looked around, you spot another crenel mare looking up at you. She smiled when you noticed.
"Greetings traveler! I'm A'kami, Kami for short."
She flicked her tail and dissappeared into another of trees, leaving you to look at the meadow, seemingly by yourself. You were about to leave the room until you saw two crenel mares eating some type of fruit. You looked them over. One was red with green mane and tail, the other was blue with white mane and tail. They finished the fruit and looked up at you.
The red one blinked, startled, and the blue one starts to back away shyly. The red mare looks over at the blue one, and the blue one shook her head. Finally the red mare looks at you, shrugs, and walks off with the blue mare, dissappearing from your view.
A high pitched whicker is heard and you looked to the right. Standing there were two crenels: a blue mare and a gray stallion. The mare smiles.
"Hi! I'm A'tesi, but everyone calls me 'tes, so you might aswell too."
She grins, and the stallion rolls his eyes slightly before looking at you.
"I'm E'ntake; 'take for short. Don't mind 'tes, she's always this hyper."
'tes snorts and stomps a hoof stubbornly.
"I am not!"
'take smirks, getting ready to run for it.
"Yes you are!"
'tes snorts again and charges. 'take laughs and runs off, dissappearing, 'tes behind him.
You gazed throughout the minature meadow one last time before turning to walk off. You looked at the box one last time, and found five plaques. They read:
