You follow the first path across the glade. Here was basically the same surroundings; ankle-deep grass, dandilions scattered around, etc...
You looked around, and spotted a willow tree not too far from you. You walked over, and blinked. A small, tan-brown bunny dog creature that you saw before studying the willow. It blinked and turned around to face you. Then grinned.
"Greetings, traveler; I'm Earthlearner. I see 'slash didn't tear you to bits."
She kinda smirked. You just kinda started. Didn't the other one have longer ears? Earthlearner blinks, then gives you a wry grin.
"I'm a kartyn'dryoso; dryoso for short if you can't remember the full name. Males have long, pointy ears, while females have short; you liked kinda confused when you saw me."
She giggled, then dissappeared into the willow. You were about to follow in until you saw something in the corner of you eye. You turned to look, and a brown, German-sheperd lookin dryoso was munching on some berries. He noticed you and gave you a lopsided grin.
"Heya stranger! I'm Wildhunter."
He finishes the berries and licks some of the juice from his muzzle, then walks over to you.
"While you're here, look at our stats! It's over there."
He points to a cypress tree.
"Well; must be goin. Visiting Joybringer."
He winks at you and runs off, dissappearing into a portal. You blinked, then shrugged and walked over to the cypress tree. There, hanging from it, were two plaques with writing on them. They read:
