| "HAPPY ENGAGEMENT KEN AND LITA!" Everyone yelled. Lita and Ken stood there bug-eyed and speechless. "Oh My Gosh! Thank-you guys!!" Lita said as she was hugging everyone while Ken followed by thanking everyone. Mina went to the CD player to play some songs. Raye went to stop her. "WAIT! Let me do it. Remember the last time you fiddled around with a CD player it blew up?!" Mina stuck her tongue out at Raye but sat on the couch with her arms folded. They listened to the songs "My Only Love," "Carry On," "Rainy Day Man," "Only A Memory Away," "Starry Night" and "Power of Love" while Serena and Darien spread out blankets and the others changed into their swim suits. Mina and Raye ran to the pool and cannonballed in. Raye grabbed Serena's feet to pull her in, but Serena grabbed Darien's feet and they both fell in fully dressed! Amy was walking towards the pool while reading a book when she ran out of cement to walk on. She fell face first into the pool, book included! Ken and Lita were right in front of the pool. Lita kissed Ken. They lost their balance and fell in while kissing! =) ~SPLASH~ Amy got to the surface and complained that one of her favorite books was ruined. Raye and Serena both sighed at the same time. To break the silence, Darien asked, "Why don't we have Ken and Lita open their gifts?" "Sure!" everyone agreed. They walked inside and the girls and guys went to change in separate rooms. When they got their p.j.s on, they went back to the living room and sat on the warm fuzzy blankets. Lita snuggled up close to Ken for warmth. The first present they opened was Darien's. He gave them an idea book for romantic places to go on a honeymoon. "Thank-you Darien" Lita beamed. The next gift was the one from Amy. They opened it and found a small green computer with the symbol of Jupiter on it in the corner. "It's like mine, but it's much more valuable. You have been a good friend and I wanted to give this to you to use for Sailor Scout business," said Amy. Raye's was next. Her present was a picture of the whole gang with Raye in the center. Ken let out a big smile. "Thank-you with both of our hearts and good luck on your future." "Your welcome" ^_^ Raye replied. "It's so you still know even though you are the "Karate Maniac" you still have friends!!" said Raye. Mina started pointing at Lita, laughing. Serena joined in. Lita turned to them with a furious look on her face. Raye butted in by saying, "Don't thunder down on us now!" They all burst out laughing, even Ken!! Lita started clenching her fist and felt like punching them, but she started laughing instead. They all laughed until they were out of breath.. Mina grabbed her present and said, "Open it!" Lita and Ken said, "Okay." Mina's present was in a white box. Ken opened it. Inside was a silver princess tiara. "Oh my gosh! Mina, why'd you give this to me?" a shocked Lita asked. Mina replied, "It is a copy of my Princess Venus tiara. Remember the many times we had tea at the Moon Kingdom and you would always grab my tiara and say how pretty it was? So this is to always remind you of those good times." Darien found the last present. It read: To: Lita (Karate Maniac) From: Meatball head (your best friend) good luck~~~ Lita and Ken opened it. Inside was a video with a label, which read: 'Contains: music video of Rainy Day Man: Lita's hit song which co-stars Ken.' "Oh Serena! Your soooo sweet!" Serena grinned. They looked at the clock. It read 11:00 PM. They wanted to sleep on beds instead of on the floor but there were only three beds! Mina, Amy and Raye shared the biggest bed. Darien and Serena shared the medium-sized bed and Ken and Lita squeezed together on the small bed. Darien read Serena a bedtime story because she asked him to. Amy was sleeping while Mina and Raye kept their eyes on the "Cute Guys You Could Date" TV show. "And now girls, meet Cody Brown! The girls on the show wooed and the guys had a jealous faces when Cody Brown walked out. Mina and Raye fainted backwards like he was Dr. Love or something. Meanwhile, Lita and Ken kept falling off the bed. They made a solution by holding on to the head of the bed. "Good night Princess Jupiter!" Ken teased. "Oh shut-up!" Lita laughed as she socked him with a pillow. "....And the Princess and Prince lived happily ever after.. THE END," Darien finished the story. Serena was sound asleep. "Serena? Serena, you awake?" No answer. Darien kissed Serena then turned the light out. Meanwhile, Mina and Raye were still up watching the TV show with the cute guy doing his dreamy stunts. One girl even dumped the guy she was going to marry to get a date with Cody Brown! A week ago, Mina and Raye filled out forms for a contest to have a date with Cody Brown. Then it came the moment they've all been waiting for the drawing! Cody picked out a name, handed it to the Announcer who unfolded it. "AND THE WINNER TO DATE CODY BROWN FOR ONE DAY IS...... MS. MINA AINO!" Mina dropped the remote and started singing Hallelujah, dancing and cheering for joy. Raye looked at Mina in discuss and said, "Shut up, you will wake everybody up!" Mina floped on the bed. After a little while, she fell asleep dreaming about her date with Cody. |
