As much as I love Canada, I travel abroad whenever I can, taking photographs of places, not people (no, I don't do weddings). I love wild landscapes and mountains, volcanoes and waterfalls. The farther off the beaten path I can go, the happier I am.
I have published seven books of poetry: Inspired by Sappho (2003), One Hundred Poems (2004), Against the Grain (2005), Hearts of Crystal (2006), Forever Reaching Out (2007), A Thousand Suns (2008) and Evenings with Emily (2009).
