*Tequila Sunrise*
1 1/2 oz Tequila, 3 oz Orange Juice, 3/4 oz Grenadine, 1 Lime Slice, Juice of 1/2 a Lime
Glass: Collins
Mix all, but Grenadine and Lime slice in a shaker w/ Cracked Ice. Pour into a tall Collins Glass. Add more ice if needed. Slowly pour in Grenadine and DO NOT stir! Garnish w/Lime Slice.

1 1/2 oz Tequila, Big dash Cointreau or Triple Sec, 1/2 oz Cream de Cassis, 1 Lime Slice, Fill: Club Soda, Juice of 1/2 Lime, Orange Liquer(opt).
Glass:Collins
Mix all but Club Soda, Creme de Cassis, and Lime Slice in a shaker w/Cracked Ice. Pour into glass. Fill w/Club Soda and top off w/Orange Liqeur. Garnish w/Lime Slice.

1 1/2 oz Tequila, 1 oz Lime or Lime Juice, 1 tsp Confectioners Sugar or to taste
Glass: Cocktail Glass
Mix in shaker w/Cracked Ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
*Tequila Slammer*
1 Wedge Lemon, Sprinkle of Salt, 1 Shot Tequila.
Glass: Shot glass and YOUR HAND!
Lick the back of your hand and sprinkle salt onto the moist skin. Lick the salt, shoot the Tequila, and bite the wedge... all in quick successor!

1 1/2 oz Tequila, 4 oz Tomato Juice, 1/2 tsp fresh grated hoseradish, 4-5 dashes Worchestershire Sauce and Tabasco Sauce, Big Pinch White Pepper, Celery salt, Tanagor or oregano
Glass: Double Old Fashioned
Mix all ingredients into a shaker w/Cracked Ice. Pour into a chilled Double old fash. glass.
