First off, we should mention that neither of us have ever been horseback riding before. But as our guides from Rancho Del Campo told us, no need to worry! The horses do the trip so much they can pretty much lead themselves. We went back to the other side of the island (where we had gone offroading) and climbed the rocks with the horses. We also galloped through the sand...it sounds peaceful but it the horses went so fast it felt like you could fall off at any time!
