In order for your application to be considered you must attend the next club meeting.  The meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at Papa O's Pizza, 3800 Auburn, Bakersfield, CA at 6:30 p.m.  Children over 18 years of age and not a full time student will have to apply separately.
