If you are a resident
of Mumbai, you can call Blue Dart on 2824
1234.They will come to your office/residence
to pick up the application. This facility
is available for pick-ups from locations up
to Borivli (Western Line),Ghatkopar (Central
Line), and Chembur (Harbour Line). |

If you reside beyond the pick-up
limits, you need to submit the application
to any of the addresses of Blue Dart
noted below. |
| c. |
Blue Dart staff will perform
security check of the envelope and then seal
it in your presence. No money has to be
paid to Blue Dart. |
| d. |
Blue Dart will acknowledge
receipt with an Air Waybill. Please preserve
this paper carefully. If you are
issued a visa, your passport will be returned
by Blue Dart - they will handover the
passport only against surrender of this Air
Waybill |

Your passport will be returned
to you at the current local address in western
India noted on the visa form. If you require
your passport to be returned to your office
address in western India, please circle
the office address on the visa form.

Your application must reach
us 30 calendar days before selected appointment
date, failing which the system will automatically
cancel your appointment. |

If your application reaches
us in time and is in order, we will send you
an e-mail incorporating a fee receipt and
an Appointment Letter. You have to arrive
at the US Consulate not earlier than 15 minutes
before appointment time noted on the letter. |

| All applicants must read,

service. In case an applicant does not agree
to the under mentioned terms and conditions,

- The Applicant will be required to fill
in a Visa Application Form accurately
and submit the same with the applicable
visa fees, and necessary documentation
as specified therein via courier to VFS.
Applicants must hold valid travel documents
and it is their responsibility to ensure
they do not make any wrong or illegal
statements.
- The sealed visa applications packs
received by VFS will be opened in the
presence of two authorised officials of
VFS. These officials will make an inventory
of the enclosures and documents in the
pack and shall certify the same. Applicant
accepts that this certified inventory
will be treated as the official record
of papers submitted to VFS, and shall
not be entitled to dispute the same at
a later stage. VFS will not assume any
responsibility or liability for incomplete
Visa Forms and/or incomplete supporting
documents or inadequate Visa Forms forwarded
by the Applicant to VFS.
- VFS will accept no responsibility for
late, lost or misplaced applications and/or
the authenticity and veracity of the contents
of the same. Incomplete and double applications
will be disregarded. The Applicant accepts
that the courier acceptance and delivery
service is operated by a third-party,
and VFS does not assume any responsibility
or liability for any deficiency in service
on part of the courier company or in the
event the Applicant and/or supporting
documents are lost or damaged in transit.
- VFS is not liable for any losses or
damages, which the applicant may suffer
arising from delay in processing or receiving
of visa or rejection of visa. VFS is merely
the administrative agency, and cannot
accept any liability relating to the applicant
whatsoever.
- Applicants expressly declare that they
have understood these terms and conditions
and are have agreed to abide by the same.
They are individuals and not a company
or any professional and/or commercial
entry.
- VFS reserves the right to add to, alter
or vary these terms and conditions at
any time without notice or liability,
and all applicants availing of this facility
shall be bound by the same.
- Applicants are responsible for regularly
reviewing these terms and conditions.
Continued use of this facility following
any such changes shall constitute your
acceptance of such changes.
- All Applicants will be bound by all
the terms and conditions applicable to
all visa applicants applying for visa
through VFS.
