my phone is really stupid. it's been stupid for a long time now, but only recently has it been really stupid. i haven't used my phone for a month now. it just sits on my dresser, forever charging a useless battery. at first, my phone calls wouldn't last as long as they used to, an average of five minutes. and then it got to the point where it would start beeping "low battery" when it rang, even after being charged the entire night before. now, as soon as i take it off the charger, it'll beep "low battery". and it's been on the charger for a month now!! it's been demoted to only text-messaging use. stupid thing.

the good news is that i'll be getting a new phone soon. the nokia 3560. i was a little worried about choosing it. nokias tend to be a bit bulky and heavy. my current phone is light, weighing only 3.1 ounces and very slim. so even though its completely useless at the moment, it's still hard to replace it with a heavier phone. but the 3560 is actually only slightly bigger and weighs only 3.8 ounces.

i'm really looking forward to the colored screen. and i'm thrilled about the calendar feature. that should really come in handy. and i'll finally have games now. even though i'm not too much of a game-player. i *really* suck at them. especially at snake. my phone now doesn't have any games on it. nor does it allow me to add my own ringtones, but it does let me change the color of the display and customize it to a certain person so that when they call the screen turns that color. like i set jon to blue, so when he calls my screen turns blue. but who cares now when i have customizable graphics? i'm going to download some really cute pucca ones. :)
