i've been feeling much much better. at the moment, i'm only battling a sore throat. my appointment with the "eyes, ears, and throat" doctor went okay. she put me on zithromax and an extremely yucky cough syrup. it was thick, nasty-tasting, and purple. how could anyone find that pleasant? i'll be going back for a follow up this friday.
i have tons to recap and just about as much photos to upload. i think i'll start off with jon's weekend back on o'ahu ...
like i mentioned before, jon had gone back home to help mike fix his car. though he wasn't able to stay as long as he'd have wanted to, he was able to meet up with a few of our other friends and even take in some ramen.
jon absolutely loves ramen. i think he could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. and probably even for a snack in between. jon's favorite place to go is ezogiku. although, he wasn't able to go there on this trip, he was able to go to a newly opened ramen shop, the genki ramen.
