i went to my first driver's ed class today. yep. i went out last night, came home at 2:00am, read the last chapter in my drive right book that needed reading and went to bed at 3:00 and then had to get up at 7:00am for class. but i really didn't get up until 8:00, i kept resetting my alarm every fifteen minutes. class started at 9:00 and continued until 11:30.
out of the eleven of us that are attending the class, i am the only one in their twenties. there are two japan nationals who are around sixty, but the rest are fifteen or sixteen and a few are my cousin's classmates. i felt so old. :b
we learned to recognize thirty-eight symbols and devices located in the car and to identify where the symbols are located on the instrument panel. out of the thirty-eight, the only one i really didn't know was the symbol for the fuse light. i've never seen it in any car i've been in.
i have class again tomorrow. same time. fun. but it's only for six weeks and hopefully by the end, i won't be scared of driving anymore. i'll keep you guys up-to-date on my progress.
