since today is the first day of my last semester at college, i'm going to take a quick break from talking about vegas to talk about other stuff. stuff like today being the first day of my last semester. i can't get over it. it feels a little weird. i've been here so long. it's been my life for the past six years. yes. it has taken me six years to graduate. anyway ...
so far my schedule looks like this:
| monday | tuesday | wednesday | thursday | friday | |
| 9:30-10:15 | ws393 | ws393 | |||
| 11:00-11:50 | hon203 | hist152* | hon203 | hist152* | hon203 |
| 12:30-1:45 | comu444 | comu444 | |||
| 3:00-3:50 | jpst302 | jpst302 | jpst302 |
*NOTE: 11:00-12:15
ws393: normality, abnormality & society
hon320: development of asian civilizations
hist152: world civilizations ii
comu444: public relations
jpst302: third year japanese ii
i'm actually not enrolled in the ws393 class yet. there's no seats available anymore, but i'm going to attend the first class tomorrow in hopes that i can replace someone who didn't show up or dropped the class.
i'm really sketchy about the comu444 class. the course description says that it's "an overview of the practice of public relations in business, educational institutions, non profit organizations, and government. students will learn how to interact with public relations professionals, the media, write press releases, and design and evaluate campaigns." how fun does that sound? but it's a upper-division writing intensive course which is exactly what i need.
on a more happier note. it's sunny outside. this past weekend was gloomy, rainy, and cold, so it's nice to finally see blue skies. the irony is that i have to spend the day indoors at school. *sigh*
it's 2:20pm. i think i'll go eat now. i'll need all the energy and sustenance i can get for my japanese class with honda-sensei. xb what a great way to end the day.
