Paula and Joe Dempsey think they would be extremely hungry riding all those miles, so they will be focusing in June on hunger in America and beyond. We'll be donating a dollar for every mile Keri rides to Oxfam America. We'll also be looking at the amount of money we spend on eating out and thinking about ways we could be healthier, happier, and feed the hungry by cooking at home with local ingredients -- now that the farmers' markets are here.
