21 January 02 my doc is back from vacation and the first question is to evaluate the dryness of my eye. First of all I am using the wrong type of artificial tears -- what I should be using is Gentile Drops and Gel. than minor dryness in my eye from the wrong eye drops and my vision has slid back a little but I don't get a chance to read my chart and find out how much. After the appointment I end up at Walgreen's to purchase the Genteal and although it is more expensive than the cheap drops I was using (click here to get a $3 coupon for Genteal products) I can tell the difference  from the first drop I put in my eye.  people at work remark all week how I am not holding my eye closed as much and seem to be much more at ease. I also discontinue the bacitracin for the Genteal GEL at night.
