Preparation
- Grind the Urad
Dal finely, with little water, to get a paste form.
- Add the items 4 to 7 into the paste, and mix well.
- Make small dumplings with a hole in the middle, and deep fry
them in oil, at medium heat.
- Remove from heat when turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney (optional).
