Preparation
- Fry the grated carrots in ghee.
- Add milk (should be enough to cover the carrots), and cook till carrots become very soft.
- Add sugar and let simmer for a while, till sugar dissolves, and the mixture thickens.
- Add the cardamom powder.
- Garnish with almonds and cashewnuts.
- Serve hot or cold !
