Preparation
- Heat oil and fry
onions till golden, add the tomatoes and cook till for 3 more
minutes at medium heat , keep aside.
- Cook items 4 to 8 with little oil, water and salt, cook so
that they could be mashed.
- When the vegetables are cooked finely, add the cooked onions
and tomatoes.
- Add the items 9 to 11, mix well and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Crush the vegetables with a hand mixer, but make sure that
donot get too much mashed or become paste like.
- Add the pauv bhaji masala, mix well, and cook for two more
minutes.
- Shift this mixture into a bowl, ganish with green peas, butter
and coriander leaves.
- Apply butter on buns, toast a little.
- In the serving plate, serve the buns along with bhaji, chopped
onion, dashed with lemon. (Serve hot)
