went to Changi Naval Base to watch Navy Concert

Main thing was going to the Gym to do Cardio
And Watched TV

The Details of my recent Days

I shall start with today as it is the freshest memory.
The morning was spent doing boring necessary things.
Listened to the radio Top 20 countdown before going to the gym at 2PM.
I could not get into my usual groove as it has been 3 Days since my last workout.
I felt and was still ill on Thurs to Sat but Thurs was the worst.
Still I managed to do the Treadmill at 9.6KM/HR for 20mins, no incline.
An addition of 0.1KM/HR
Then I did the Cross-Trainer for 20mins at Lv.6 if I recalled correctly.
Then I felt the clarity of my mind very much.
Not really thinking of anything just enjoying how good my body felt.
Watched "Feel 100%" for the first time of my life on Channel U.
I enjoyed the story very much- very romantic and funny.
But you will not find me at the cinema viewing a romantic movie.

Bought and queue up to get Gigi Leung's Autograph just because I want to do it.
I also wanted to shake her hand but security did not allowed me to do so.
Yet I saw some lucky guy who shook her hand.
Reasons to shake her hand:
1) She is very pretty so I want to eat her Toufu, catch my drift?
2) I want to know how her hands feel like
3) Compare and rank her hand feel to that of
a)a very beautiful female primary school classmate (was No.1, now No.2)
b)Stefanie Sun (No.1, Yes she replaced No.2's Ranking)
4)It will be a new piece of experience to remember
Finally got my chain, I felt that it brightened up my life many times over.
Some thoughts that came right away when I wore the chain were that I will never be lonely again. I have a Lion to accompany and protect me.
Changi Naval Base Concert
Gigi Leung came and left early before 7PM.
Stella Ng never came.
Mavis Fan came, her singing was okay.
Waved those sticks that glowed after you bend and break it.
My glow stick was blue.
Waved to some of our guys that were from Brani Naval Base.
They were surprised to see me but we never really bonded as our relations had changed.
Life in Changi Naval Base is harder then that in Brani.
No one except us used the stage for Disco.
Showed off Palm OS Image of Stef Sun's Autograph to them,
on the way out by bus they were very impressed.
Felt very tired when I got home as I was still sick from fever.
