I feel good today ! How I wish that I can have this feeling every single day when I wake up. I feel that I can do anything and everything this day. And I tried my best to make it so.
In the morning, I booked a ticket to Sun Yan Zi's concert online. Then I spent time trying to finish the final review questions of the ACSM Review book. Then I had to stop as I have to eat lunch. After lunch is the usual nap. Then I woke up so I can get out of my home and get more things done.
I went to a Sistics Outlet at Raffles City to get my ticket. I made a trip to the restroom first before I did that. And I was really happy to find a hot air dryer that can blow my hands, face and hair dry ! It is the first time I saw something so brilliant. After I got the ticket, I saw 2 pretty woman in that transparent glass shop that shop cleaning products. I felt like pulling a similiar stunt I pulled some years ago. From the back view those two women looked really sexy. I felt like knocking on the glass, wave to them then wave goodbye to them and then moving off. But I didn't do that.
I went to the shop that I got my last two pair of weightlifting gloves. I went there to see if I can purchase a replacement for the glove I lost. But they still did not have the type I wanted. So I walked to the gym to workout. Oh man, I didn't realize it was so good to workout. I told Trainer Benedict that I got ticket to Stefanie Sun's concert. The glove thing and whether he wants to get a pair online as I planned on ordering a pair. Then it was time to workout after my warm-up. I did my back, biceps and abs today. I cramped my abs again and it really hurts. Then I went to the toilet to wash up a little before doing my cardio. I raised the resistance on the striding machine gradually after half the time had passed. I showered then headed to the MRT station. The thought that I should squeeze as much as I can into this day popped into my mind while I was on the way there.
So I did what I had been putting off for some time. I went to a nearby modelling shop and found the paints I needed to paint my race machine. And I also bought a fine brush so I can do it well. Then I went home.
I got home and dinner was pretty good. It was way better then last night's. Last night dinner was not enough to see me through the night. And I had to wake up to munch on some biscuits. After dinner and a little TV, I spent my time typing this entry while watching TV on my PC. Now, I want to try to study some more while watching TV. Then I will sleep very well as I am already a bit tired right now.
