This week is not what I had expected at all. I woke up in the morning with an incredibly painful back. Went to work anyway and regret doing that. The man in charge sent me back to the same place. Despite telling him that I got backpain. But I had light work to do yesterday but that does not mean no injuries. I had more cuts to add to my "collection". Went to see the doctor last night. I got medicine and 2 days' worth of MC. Woke up this morning and felt noticebly better. Getting enough sleep and having free time does an incredibly lot of good to my mental and physical health. I did not do a lot with my time in the morning. Getting enough rest, doing simple things and enjoying the free time was a major joy in itself. Then after lunch at home and an afternoon nap, I went for a meal outside and bought supplements. Then I got home, had supplements. Took supplements to try and retain some of my muscles despite not being very active. Got some things in mind on what to do with tomorrow. But I will not pressure myself to get them all done. Just want to get some things done and get lots of rest so I can work this Saturday.
