This is a day that pretty much took care of itself. I felt very tired since I left camp in the morning. And although I had more then enough time to get to my 1pm gym appointment with Trainer Benedict. I was late as I simply found it really hard to get moving.
Trainer Benedict remarked that I am getting plump and asked have I been not so strict with my diet recently. And he guessed correctly that I have not been taking the Metabolic Accelerator A.K.A Fat Burner not so regularly. Not things that I like to hear. The workout was only on biceps and triceps. Not such a good workout today. Not enough pump feeling and I am just so tired. Booked all the appointments for this month before leaving Benedict and doing cardio at the gym. I did cross-trainer again, I felt I will not be able to balance myself well.
Before I left the gym, had a little chat with Aero about PDAs, the neck strap I needed to hang and/or carry my handphone around better and attach my locker key. And also when am I getting the free T-shirt which came with my gym membership. They did not have stocks of size that fits me. Went to his table and got the neck strap I needed, he also gave me a free pen. On the way there, he also asked how was my mum and why I didn't get her to come here. I also showed him a female pen pal's image. I also showed it to Idris and he made some funny remarks including getting her to go to the gym with me. I was very happy talking to them, especially Aero.
After I got home, I showered, took fat burner and went to bed. I even let the blinds down, I really needed rest. After I woke up, I called Iomega as I wanted a Jaz Disk changed but they were closed.
I do not quite remember what else I did in the exact order. But I recall doing some boring stuff like packing for the next duty and folding my own laundry. My parents aremuch more okay today, with no snapping kind of remarks. I managed to finally set up and programmed the VCR to the new TV. The problem had been the Video and Audio connection. Then I watched TV, including "Heroes In Black" shown on channel 8, the anime- "Spriggan" on Central and the last bit of "Super Sunday" on channel 8. Actually I watched the last bit on my PC but now I am listening to a CD. Actually, I recorded the entire CD to a 1GB Jaz Disk and using Iomega Program to use the Jaz drive, disk and the PC as a Juke box. Okay, it is time for bed. Let tomorrow come, I will handle it no matter what.
