Hikari Ono returns in the role of Vampiru (former Starlights, Hawk's eye, and Prince Demand (all in the Sera Myu).  She also does other stuff like her self produced Nazo no Punk Lady and Ninja Yell

Mochizuki Yuuta returns from the dead (and his retirement) to play Dracul.  Also plays Tuxedo mask and King Endymion in other myu.  He also was Kamen Rider J and Tyrano Ranger in Zyurangers.  He's also one of the F4 in Hana Yori Dango

Kawasaki Miki plays Le Fay

Oh man, what a complex, convoluted story.

Good:
Drive me the mercury is excellent, I also am a big fan of Ayumi Venus.  Good songs.  Miyuki is still genki.
