Kawasaki Mao as Chibi Usa (also plays Chibi Chibi and Black Lady)

Introduces the first Star lights.  Hikari Ono plays Star Maker (Hawk's Eye, Loof Merrow, Bloody Dracul Vampiru, and Prince Demand (all in the Sera Myu).  She also does other stuff like her self produced Nazo no Punk Lady and Ninja Yell

Mochizuki Yuuta plays Tuxedo Kamen, King Endymion, and Dracul.  He also was Kamen Rider J and Tyrano Ranger in Zyurangers.  He's also one of the F4 in Hana Yori Dango

Kasahara Ryuji plays MC Fly, he's cool, that laugh

Can't think of anything...  well, that Edo period drama was kind of funky, but it's not bad per se.
