Rukia, I'm in love with. I converted the songs from the musical into a mp3 format so that I can listen to them just for her singing. The book says this is her first musical.
This is a rock musical. The music isn't prerecorded, it's all played live, as is the singing.
If you like the anime, then this is definitely worth seeing.

Notes:
Shinigami = Soul reapers that guide the dead to Soul Society (the afterlife).
Their duties are to guide souls and to fight Hollows.
Hollow = Souls that have gone bad basically. They fill their void by eating other souls, so yeah, you can die after you die in this world :p
Soul Society = A world created completely from spirit particles. Like heaven, except all Japanese.
Ryoka = Trespassers in the Court of Pure Souls
Gotei 13 Division = The Shinigami are divided into 13 squads. Each squad has a Captain and a Vice-Captain as well as other officers below them. Gotei means Court Guardian
Court of Pure Souls = Where the Shinigami live and protected by the Gotei 13 Division
Rukongai = Literally "city of the lost souls". It's where non-Shinigami souls in Soul Society live
Name meanings:
Ichigo = One + Protect
Orihime, hime = princess
Renji = love+next
Urahara = Bay+Meadow, the pun here is that Ura means something secret,
undersided
Gin = silver
Soul Slayer names:
Zabimaru = Rolled snake tail
Zangetsu = Moon Slash
Story:
Follows the first 32 episodes of the anime
Ichigo is a normal teenager, but one day he receives the powers of a Shinigami (soul reaper) from Shinigami Kuchiki Rukia. Now Soul Society has taken Rukia away and is going to execute her unless rescues her. The only problem is that the 13 Court Guardian Captains, their Vice-Captains, and the entire world of Soul Society is against Ichigo and his friends!
After the first act, they have a segment called Urahara live talk and a live show with the Gotei officers which is a lot of fun. The Captains and Vice-Captains each sing a song, dance, and basically just show how much they kick ass at what they do. Then it resumes the story.
Bad:
Ichigo and Orihime's actors are the weak link in the musical chain.
That doesn't mean they suck or that the music is bad, but I'm just saying
they stick out. That aside, I think the musical is overall very enjoyable.
Good:
Good if you love the anime. Awesome if you love music. Every character
gets a chance to show their singing ability. Plus they do a really
good job with different groups singing in harmony. Most of the songs
are catchy and fun. If there's interest, I can make a CD of the songs
for people who don't know how.
Bonus:
40 minutes of "making of Bleach the musical". Last day footage.
This is some of my favorite kind of bonuses, because it's always interesting
to see how much work is put into making a show like this. Plus the
actors are all such characters. They pull pranks on each other, tease
it other, etc. It's just really nice to see them getting along so
well. It's no surprise that they all returned for an encore performance
in January.
