Easy Mustard Potato Salad

8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 tablespoons sweet relish
2 to 4 tablespoons of salad dressing (Mayo) depending on how moist you like it
Prepared mustard to taste
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of paprika

Boil cubed potatoes until tender and drain well.  Run cool water over potatoes for about 1 minute and drain well.  Add chopped boiled eggs and sweet relish along with salad dressing.  Stir in mustard to taste, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with paprika.  Serve warm or chilled.
