| Easy Shepherd's Pie 1 pound lean ground beef 1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Onion 1 can (8 oz) Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1 can 914.4 oz) Del Monte Mixed Vegetables, drained salt and pepper, optional Instant Mashed Potatoes flakes (enough for i6 servings) Butter Milk Brown meat in skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook over high heat until thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish; set aside. Prepare 6 servings mashed potatoes according to package directions with specified amount of butter and milk. Top mixture with potatoes. Bake at 375�, 20 minutes or until heated through.
