| Potato & Peanut Butter Candy 1/3 cup cold unseasoned mashed potatoes � cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 5 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter Mix first 3 ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Mix in sugar 1 cup at a time until stiff and rather tacky. Roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper into a rectangle, spread 1 cup peanut butter, roll up and cut in half into 9 inch rolls, chill 2 � 3 hours and slice. |
