Info: The shadows are a group that surfaced around the time that the girls received their powers. In fact, they received their powers because Kin didn't think that the police chief, being the man that he was, could handle the gang. The Shadows are experts at covering their tracks and have gotten away wth a lot of things. However, they've gotten away with a lot less since the girls started watching them. They are a group of teenagers that are accused of things like arson, forgery, murder, theft, and many other things I could name. But they are between the ages of 14 and 20. At least most are. The leaders can range from 25 to 35. Or older. |
