| Info: This man is one of the main villans in the Megami's lives. He is not involved with the shadows, or any gang for that matter. In fact, he is head of the main section of the NYPD. However, his character doesn't reflect what his job should be like. He is only in the job to draw attention to himself. He hates the fact that the girls are better at his job than he is. Rather than take advantage of their talents, he does his best to catch them, find some flaw in them, and throw them in jail. He is bitter and has his sights set on arresting the girls, despite the people's wishes. Many people in the city love the Megami for the loved ones they've saved, but the police refuse to let up on chasing them. There is another reason for Rick chasing after the girls. The other reason is that there is a science research facility that is offering to pay big bucks for the girls so that they can study their incredible abilities. Rick is prepared to sell the girls to them once he catches them and make a load of money. |
