Apsley House and Hyde Park Corner
Remember me mentioning the disposable camera ?

It was here that my 35mm camera decided to fall to pieces.

From here on I had to make do with one use disposable camera's to take my photo's!!

It worked perfectly for 5 years before deciding to break just as I needed it most!!!!
Tony standing at ease outside of Apsley House. The Duke of wellington lived here. It is now the Duke of  Wellington Museum.
Hyde Park Corner. Apsley house is out of the picture to the left. Notice the soldiers on their horses. It was a boiling hot day. Great !!
Apsley House is the building to the left and the Arch is the Wellington Arch.

Notice the two elderly people crossing the road prior to being trampled to death by the soldiers on horseback !!!!
From the inside of Apsley House.

The third sword from the left is the actual sword carried by the Duke of Wellington at the battle of Waterloo in 1815.

Its lasted a lot longer than my bloody camera !!
