| Ken in Victoria Tower Gardens. behind the Houses Of Parliament. The sun was shining, it really is nice here. The tourists don't seem to know this place exists-it was very tranquil. A bit like the Westminster Arms Pub. "Why did I put a bloody awful black T-Shirt on when it was so hot and sunny " ? |
