You can tell the red guitar's cord is airbrushed in
The side view is mistakenly called a lefty, look closely, the knobs would be on the other side of the tail pice
The white one doesn't have the standard black headstock laminate
Where they got the idea for a string damper I don't know. Maybe "Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter"
It seems all the white models have the non-standard headstock laminate
How about the pick guard on the bass
The photographer must have tried hard to get the girl wagging her tongue
The height of this wacko guitar company

Back in the day they just made these nondesript plank guitars and basic hollowbodies and bothered noone.
These guitars are built well with extreme ornamentation, like an old tape deck that still works great and has all kinds of patching on it. I think when people don't really know what they're doing they try hard to dress it up so it looks like they do!
Then, they thought they could rip off Gibsons, Fenders, Martins, and that's what shut them down
They were just starting to desire the sales that the American companies had

In the early sixties they were just non-descript guitars that played about like they looked
Then in 1970 they directly copied the big boys giving rise to the phrase "copy"guitar. The beginning of the end for these guys

My very first Kent. Vero Beach Mucic when I met Neve Campbell and made her play it.
This one was only 150.00. just kidding
I never even plugged it in, but it has to sound better than the solid mandy
Surfs up and it's a lefty...nice!
It works...I guess...
