At the end of Operation Utah, we found ourselves hiking north on Route 1. This photo always seemed a little surreal to me. Here we are after several hard days in the field chasing the enemy and on the way home from work we happened to hit the rush hour traffic.

 
 

In memory of LCpl Robert Guy Brown, KIA on Operation Texas on March 21, 1966. LCpl Brown had been the acting artillery FO for Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 4th Marines. He had just turned 19.  Semper Fi.
