Shuri Castle
This castle was nearly obliterated during the bombings of WWII. It has been renovated to it's former splendor. Okinawa is scattered with various castles. Some have been kept up very well, while others have not. Some, such as, Katsuren Castle near White Beach are in ruins. But you can still tell where they were and the importance of the locations. However, Shuri tops the list!
As you can see, the castle is exactly what you would expect to see from the Shogun series.
