Nishida Hyoue

History

• When Hiko the 13th, Kenshin's master, was being trained in Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu, there was also another student. This is the other student, however, Hyoue failed to stop the Kuzu Ryu Sen by his master, when learning the succession technique. He was thought to have been killed, but was later found living in another country, and he was happy, because he was Christian, and that country had freedom of religion. He passes down Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu to Shougo, even though he had no real rights to it, and later regrets it when Shougo gets out of hand.
