| Por mas de cuatro a�os que Rodrigo Fernandez me ha provado su dedicacion al arte del Kenpo Karate, su disposicion para sacrificar muchas cosas en su vida para adquirir ese conocimiento y una inquebrantable lealtad, para cumplir los estrictos requerimientos; para ser uno de mis Cintas Negras y estudiante personal. Es por estas razones que yo, he designado a Rodrigo Fernandez Inza, como mi representante personal para toda Sud America. Ahora, desde este punto estrategico comenzaremos a compartir nuestro conocimiento del Kenpo por todo Sud America, Ense�ando y difundiendo el Kenpo de la misma forma en la que el Senior Gran Maestro Parker quiso en los ultimos a�os de su vida. | For over four years now, Rodrigo Fernandez has proven to me his dedication to the art of Kenpo Karate, his willingness to sacrifice many things in his life to acquire this knowledge and an unswerving loyalty to complying with the strict regulations to be one of my personal black belts . It is because of these things, I have assigned Rodrigo Fernandez Inza, as my personal representative to all of South America. Now from this vantage point we will begin to share our art of kenpo knowledge throughout South America in this exact method. Representing Kenpo Karate during the last years of Senior Grand Master Parker's life. I am very proud of Mr. Fernandez and guard our close personal relationship with the love and respect it deserves.
