| Tokimi is one of the three goddesses.She is however evil,while Tsunami is good and Washu is,how shall I say this,not right in the head.Tokimi only appears in the latter half of the OAV.She is the only Godess on the conclave and whenever she appears silhoettes of Washu and Tsunami appear.She expresses an intrest in Tenchi after he use the lighthawk wings to save Ayeka and Mihoshi from Dr Clay's ship. Tokimi seeminly has the power to manipulate mortal minds,as she does with Dr Clay.Tokimi appears in one of Sasami's dreams in which she takes Tenchi away from her.She also has a chancellor who aids her in diplomatic problems and carry out menial chores. |
