Recipe: Hells Bells Anya body, Fred head
I've made a WITW Fred in the past, but I've yet to make one standing up. I spent a lot of time sculpting the dress and tried to get in a lot of detail. I personally think this is one of my better customs. I painted the dress with a shiney paint and added glitter for the sequin look.
