| INSTRUCTOR: KENNETH OXENDINE INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS BLADEN COMMUNITY COLLEGE COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides work experience with a college-approved employer in an area related to the student's program of study. Emphasis is placed on integrating classroom learning with related work experience. Upon completion, students should be able to evaluate career selection, demonstrate employability skills, and satisfactorily perform work-related competencies. Student must perform 160 hours of work. Student must meet with instructor on the last Wednesday of each month to review co-op paperwork and report on progress being made in co-op. EVALUATION: Grades are based on evaluations of co-op employer, student evaluation, co-op coordinator evaluation, and monthly meetings attendance. |
