ARMY INSTRUCTORS



 

    Major (R) Dale L. Volley is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia.  He is a 1973 graduate of E.C.Glass High School, 1977 graduate of West Virginia State College and a 1984 graduate of Webster University.  He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a M.A. in Personnel Management and Criminal Justice.  Major (R) Volley was commissioned a 2Lt, Air Defense Artillery, Through the ROTC Program at West Virginia State College.  He held numerous positions on active duty to include; Platoon Leader, Battery XO, Battalion Adjutant, Senior Test Project Officer, Battery Commander, Recruiting Operations Officer, Assistant Professor of Military Science, and as a Staff Operations Officer.  Major (R) Volley has held 2 other SAI positions prior to his current assignment.  He is married with 2 children.

 

    SGM (R) Greene was born in Potsdam, N.Y.  he is a 1972 graduate of Romulus High School, and a 1994 graduate of Park College.  He holds a B.S. Degree in Management, and successfully completed the Teacher Alternative Certification Program in Special Education.  SGM (R) Greene retired after serving 22 years in Air Defense Artillery. His last assignment was HHB 6th AD Bde, FT. Bliss, Texas.  SGM (R) Greene has decided to continue serving his country by teaching JROTC at John F. Kennedy High School.  He is married and has 2 children. 



    1SG (R) Arturo Arce Jr, was born in San Antonio, TX.  He is a 1972 graduate of Edgewood High School, and 1999 graduate of Wayland Baptist University.  He holds A.S.S. in Business, and a B.S. in Occupation Education.  1SG Arce  served for 26 years in the Army.  He retired on 31 July, 1998 from HHC  1st Bn (M) 141st Infantry, at Camp Bullis, TX.  1SG (R) Arce decided to continue his second career teaching high school  JROTC at John F. Kennedy High School.  1SG is married and has 1 child.
