On February 25, 2001, Ken and I jetted off to Karaganda, Kazakhstan to find our daughter, Sarah Galia. These are some of the pictures from our trip. To read my journal from our trip, Click Here. |

When Sarah would give me a kiss, rather than me giving her a kiss, it made my day! |
When we got to Malutka, they brought Sarah in to meet us. She was very sleepy and shy. For Ken it was love at first sight. |

This is the Malutka Baby House in Karaganda. It is the nicest building in the area. There are about 120 children between birth and age five at Malutka. |

This is when we were leaving Malutka for the last time. These were Sarah's friends and teachers for three and a half years. |

When we got Sarah back to the apartment, it was much easier to get smiles. |
