Method Grab
Method grab is when you are up in the air, you bend your leg and grab the heelside of the board with your front arm. Roll medium towards to the jump. As soon as you are at the tip of the jump ollie and bend your leg. As soon as you bend your leg grab the board with your front arm. Make sure you also bend your back little bit, so that helps to grab for long. When you're coming down let go the board, and balance your self. Try this trick on a little jump and you could try on a bigger transition.
