Dog River Rap?
Change is something on which you can always depend. Very few
things in this life remain the same. Music, for instance, constantly changes. Most of us
remember when Rock & Roll was new. After today, County Line Baptist Church’s own
Chuck “Snap-Daddy-Dog” Wolf may be singing a new song! We all know that Chuck
has a beautiful voice. I just hope what happened today doesn’t change our wonderful
Minister of Music into a new Rap phenomenon. What happened? I thought you’d never
ask…
The Return of El Lobo
It has been a while since the DRCFA has heard anything from
the Wolfpack. We all remember when young Brent Wolf got on the board with a 3 lb, 11 oz
Carp. Well, today not only did Brent’s dear ol’ dad get on the board with a 3
lb, 10 oz Carp but he set an all time ALVA D record that may stand for eternity!! Today,
Saturday, June 28, 2003 Chuck “Snap-Daddy” Wolf proudly set a new record for
Snapping Turtles boated aboard the ALVA D. This monster weighed in at 18 pounds!!! Chuck
wrestled this raging, raunchy, ridiculously ugly reptile until he had him eating out of
his hand (or was he just eating his hand?) The attached pictures don’t do the turtle
justice. This beast from Jurassic Park had toenails two inches long. His neck and shell
were covered in leeches. It did not matter to my boy, Chuck. “Snap-Daddy” would
not be denied!
Final score: Chuck-1, Turtle-0.
