As August rolls into view, I look back on all the stuff that has come and gone on the local waters. This silly little thing we do with the fishing site can be bothersome at times - like  figuring out what's wrong with our emails, copying the images and resizing them, you get the picture. Then I started looking back at the pictures. Wow - look at all the people that have enjoyed time taking it slow and enjoying time together with friends. So I decided to put them on one page to share. For some reason, it takes on a new meaning seeing them like this. How many smiles do you count!

Less than two years ago I did not know any of these folks, then, for some reason, God brought them into my life and now I can't imagine a life with out them. One day, perhaps if our health has declined or we happen to be many miles from home, we may look back at this summer and yearn for the day when a couple of friends shared a boat, a can of corn and a laugh or two...
