Kendzulak's 'And the beat goes on' Kendzulak's 'Discovering...'

Welcome to Susan Kendzulak's humble site, where your wishes become my command

Enjoy your brief cyberstay and please visit frequently

Enjoy a brief glimpse at my new conceptual digital art based on disasters and my oil paintings of babies

On the left of this page is "And the beat goes on." On the right is "Discovering the lies and deceits of a loved one."

Both are large oil paintings (of course, original!) based on the serious ideas of abuse and how mediated images portray a more innocent and false reality. Each contemporary oil painting of a baby's head is 210 x 210 cm (7' x 7').

Digital images from my disaster art series are in disaster , and please check out my latest project the Relationship Crisis Hotline.

Please stay tuned and bear (grrr) in mind that this is an evolving artwork and in due time will feature more of my new DISASTER art, which is conceptual, digital and interactive. I will also include my writings about the provocative art scene in Taiwan. So just hang in there and be patient; when I learn all of this computer wizardry, you will be dazzled.

However, if you are a bit impatient, please search my name in the byline of www.taipeitimes.com to read my articles on Taiwanese artists.

These images below were from my recent painting exhibition at an alternative space in Taipei. Do you think this work is too serious? Some viewers thought so.
