The Lizard Cam
One night i shown a lamp out my window to light up the area where we keep our motorcycles, so dad and i could see when we got back after dark. i ended up leaving the lamp shining out there, and after a couple of days, discovered something interesting, and to me, humorous and immensely enjoyable! a collection of small geckos that live around our house, but only come out at night, showed up on the window. they had been attracted by the bugs, which had been attracted by the lamp. it has turned into the best pet i could ever have! they take care of themselves, are now used to my movements inside, and i have gotten to have an amazing insight into the life of a gecko. (they don't all sell insurance) one thing you will find, if you observe animals long, or at least lizards, is that getting to see one feed is rare. now i get to see it on a nightly basis, and the first little gecko (not so little anymore) has brought friends along to play! here is one bit of video that i took one night.
