Viennese Kiss Cookies
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate kisses or colored wafers
Combine flour, sugar and butter and process as for pie pastry. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix to soft dough. Roll into 1 inch balls (or see photos) and put each ball into miniature muffin tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until edges are golden. Immediately (while still hot) press kiss or wafer into centre of each cookie
